Weekly Update Aug. 11th

Good morning! Praying that you have had a wonderful week!

Ours has been productive and good! I counted yesterday and since we've been back in the states, we've been able to talk to the

representatives of 5 churches and have been blessed to share at one of those who has chosen to support us! God is good!! All the time!!

**We now have a meeting with another church on Monday, Aug. 12! Thank you, Lord!

This coming Tuesday evening, the night before we head back to Honduras, our home church, Richwood Church of Christ, is having

their usual second Tuesday prayer night. They are going to pray for us and then afterwards we will have a little question and answer

session, filling them in with what has been happening with our mission! What a blessing!

We have finalized the itinerary for the chiropractic team coming Aug. 17 to the 24th! It will be an exciting trip! I've attached a copy for

you to look at and I request that you pray each day over what and where the team is going, praying for protection and safety!

Prayer is so very important, and we appreciate your prayers immensely! We are getting messages from fellow missionaries wanting

to know when they can come to get adjusted! This mission is such a blessing!

Working on our 2025 calendar today. Some of the "have to" moments are high school graduations (2), baseball and softball games...we need to support our grandkids too, we mentioned that to 6 yr old Colt this morning, his response was, "about time!"  The last couple of years we've been so very busy getting the business started in Honduras, some family time has suffered. As we mature as a

business in Honduras, people are being trained to take over some of our duties, which will make it easier for us to manage our time! Praise the Lord! We are also starting to pencil in dates for teams to come to Honduras. If you want to go on a mission trip, let us know!

When we get farther along with the calendar, we will post some dates...for example, we're going to push for a team from Richwood to

come June 14th to the 21st.

We had a safe trip to Iowa on Wednesday. Except... when we left, something didn't feel right. I didn't know what. It wasn't a feeling that

something bad was going to happen, nothing like that... it was just a feeling that something wasn't right. So, after about 20 minutes, I

pulled over and we prayed, about nothing in particular, just that God would ease my anxiety, that He would give me strength, that He

would protect us while we were traveling. Then we started back on the journey. After about 45 minutes, the feeling started to go away

and after an hour or so things were back to normal. I have no idea what God saved us from or what was causing me to feel so

strongly that something wasn't right. All I know for sure is that God provided! Whatever it was, He provided and protected!!

The last 4 days we have been saturated with God moments, inspirations from books, a podcast (absolutely a must watch!), with Tucker Carlson and John Rich about his song Revelation, divine intervention in our thought process and just an overall conviction that what we're doing is so very important and that there is another step we need to prioritize higher and that is salvation! It's always been in the thought process, just wasn't the main focus... We think with the recent cancellation of Christian visas from Honduras (Nicaragua was first), that we are poised to be "behind the scenes, and under the radar" so we can also spread the good news of Jesus! My rationale behind that is this, 1) we are an educational 501C3 nonprofit organization, 2) our name, "His hands construction, Inc." doesn't shout religion! We feel led to believe that God is placing us in this manner to not be a "target" and to still be able to carry out Jesus's directive in Mathew 28:19! WOW! What a responsibility! And that my friends, is a responsibility that God has placed on all of us!

Thank you all for your prayers! We're heading back to Honduras this Wednesday! Don't forget prayer night at RCC Tuesday at 6:00 pm!

Blessings, John and Tammy
